Directions: Fill tub with warm water. Add 6 oz of Serenity Soak (half the contents of the bag.) Swirl the water gently to help the salts dissolve. Soak in the bath for 15 to 20 minutes to allow your skin to absorb the minerals and CBD. Rinse and apply 7 Sons Silken CBD Body Lotion moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and soft.
For a healing foot bath, add ½ cup Serenity Soak to a basin with warm water that’s deep enough to cover your feet and soak for 30 minutes.
